Cristina

Cristina used to say “camp is my heaven on earth. She loved camp and lived for camp. It’s so sad to lose such a treasured person from our world, but all we really lost is a body, simply a shell of transportation and a temporary home where her soul could spread the message that Cristina wanted us all to know.

She talked about love and peace and kindness to others, but also about standing up and taking action when other people wouldn't. Cristina believed in people, she believed that people with EB could and one day would live a normal life. She believed that we have just as much love, knowledge and kindness to contribute to society as everyone else does, if not 100x more. She knew the true potential that everyone with EB carries inside them, she knew that if everyone commits themselves to it then the strength we have together could move a mountain.
